Justin Underwood
Owner/Broker

Immediately after high school, Justin enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served for 20 years in a Civil Engineering Squadron. During his service, he developed the leadership, operational discipline, and problem-solving skills that would later shape his approach to business. Justin ultimately retired from the 188th Wing in Fort Smith, Arkansas, concluding a career built on teamwork, accountability, and mission-focused execution.
While serving in the military, Justin began building a foundation in business and leadership, earning a degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. This education, combined with his military experience, helped shape his philosophy of building organizations through strong systems, empowered teams, and aligned partnerships.
Following his military retirement, Justin focused his efforts on entrepreneurship and real estate. Recognizing the long-term potential of recurring revenue businesses tied to real estate ownership, he began building and acquiring residential property management companies operating under the Real Property Management franchise system.
Through disciplined growth, strategic partnerships, and a focus on operational excellence, Justin has helped expand a multi-market property management platform responsible for managing thousands of residential units across several states. His long-term vision is to continue scaling the platform to manage between 7,500 and 10,000 doors while creating opportunities for partners and operators to grow alongside the business.
In addition to property management, Justin has been involved in real estate development, construction, and long-term rental property ownership. His investment philosophy centers on building durable assets that produce reliable income and long-term value.
Justin strongly believes that the best businesses are built with great people. He has intentionally structured partnerships that allow talented operators to share in both the profits and growth of the companies they help build. This approach allows the organization to scale while maintaining a culture of ownership and accountability.
Looking ahead, Justin’s long-term goal is to continue growing the property management platform while gradually transitioning from day-to-day operations into a more strategic leadership role. By building strong teams and aligned partnerships, he aims to create an organization that continues to grow while allowing him greater freedom to focus on family, travel, and new investment opportunities.
Addie French
General Manager

Addie has been with Real Property Management First Choice since 2017. She has been a part of almost every position in our company, from a Property Manager to a Business Development Manager.
She has a great understanding of our industry, from working with tenants all the way through to investors and accidental landlords.
As General Manager, she oversees all of our office locations to implement policies and procedures to keep our operations running smoothly and provide the highest quality of service to our owners and tenants. Addie is a licensed Broker in the state of Arkansas.
Alecia England
Marketing Manager
Alecia joined the Real Property Management team in 2025 and graduated at the University of Arkansas in Spring 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Public Relations.
She has compassion for everyone she meets and always embraces the joy and positivity in the world around her. She was born in Washington State, spent the majority of her life in Austin, Texas, and now loves living in Northwest Arkansas.
In her free time, Alecia loves reading, writing, and exploring the beautiful nature of Arkansas.

Casey joined Real Property Management First Choice in 2022. As Regional Manager over the River Valley location, she makes sure that the day-to-day operations are handled as efficiently as possible to better serve our clients and gives a wonderful customer experience! In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
Shadow Schoening
Account Manager
Shadow has a background in management, customer service, training, and leading a high-production team to meet their goals. Her background makes her an incredible Onboarding Specialist, creating a seamless process for our new owners as well as smooth transitions for our incoming residents. Shadow enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, children, and their cats. She also loves being outdoors, hiking, swimming, and doing arts and crafts.
Michelle Love
Account Manager

Michelle has been in property management for a little over 10 years. She enjoys the unpredictability of this occupation as there is never a dull moment.
Michelle has adult children who live away from home: A son stationed in Alaska (Army Scout!), her youngest is living her best life in North Dakota, and her eldest is currently living in Iowa and will be blessing her with her first grandbaby in June of 2024. When not at work she enjoys walking/hiking with her dog, annoying her cats, and making pretty spaces around her (She loves to decorate anything/anywhere).

Account Manager
Michelle has been a Property Manager with Real Property Management since 2019 and works at one of our larger multi-family complexes. She was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from MACU with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Journalism from CASC. She has raised 2 beautiful daughters and now enjoys spending her time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren.
MeChelle Boyce
Account Manager
MeChelle has been a Property Manager with Real Property Management since 2012 and currently runs one of our larger Multi-family properties as well as managing some single-family homes around the complex in Van Buren and Alma. Born and raised in Arkansas, she found herself late in life, enrolling at the University Of Arkansas, where she graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science Legal Assistance/Paralegal. She has been a member of BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) for 11 years, and her husband of 10 years has been Sgt of Arms of BACA for 17 years; she loves doing what they do for the children. She is a mother of 3 wonderful children and a grandmother of 10 beautiful grandchildren.

Trinka is the Office Administrator in our Fort Smith location. Most of her career has been spent in roles focused on helping people, which is clear when it comes to her role at RPM! She consistently helps her team and gives extraordinary service to our customers and clients! Trinka was born and raised in Oklahoma and received her Associate of Arts degree from CASC. She is a mother to 4 wonderful children and grandmother to 3 grandsons. She enjoys sporting events, sewing, and reading, but her favorite thing is spending time with her family!

As a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas and an active NARPM member, Whitney remains committed to staying current with industry laws and best practices. Caitlyn has been with Real Property Management since 2022 and serves as the Accounting Director, supporting multiple Real Property Management offices.
In her role, she oversees accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all financial processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Deidre has been with Real Property Management since 2022 and serves as a key leader within the team.
In her role, she leads and supports the property coordinators, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while maintaining a high level of service.
As a Client Relations Manager, Deidre is dedicated to building strong relationships with both property owners and residents. She plays an essential role in resolving issues, assisting her team, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. Her background in customer service allows her to effectively prioritize client needs and deliver a positive experience.
Deidre also oversees maintenance-related tasks, helping to ensure timely communication, coordination, and resolution. She is committed to providing reliable support and creating the best possible experience for both owners and residents.

Verónica Jiménez serves as a Property Coordinator at Real Property Management First Choice, where she supports the day-to-day operations of the properties she manages.
She works closely with both owners and residents to assist with requests, coordinate communication, and help keep everything running smoothly.
In her role, Verónica handles various property-related tasks, including responding to resident needs, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring timely follow-up on ongoing items. Quis joined Real Property Management First Choice in the summer of 2022. He is grateful for the opportunity to work for such a great company and takes pride in coming into work every day. Quis is a team player that strives to have good chemistry with everyone he works with. He is from St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019. Quis is a huge Razorbacks fan, partly due to the fact that his older brother attended the U of A. He likes to watch European soccer and supports Liverpool Football Club. In his free time, Quis likes to play video games, watch sports, and spend time with his family.
