Addie French
General Manager
Addie has been with Real Property Management First Choice since 2017. She has been a part of almost every position in our company, from a Property Manager to a Business Development Manager. She has a great understanding of our industry, from working with tenants all the way through to investors and accidental landlords. As General Manager, she oversees all of our office locations to implement policies and procedures to keep our operations running smoothly and provide the highest quality of service to our owners and tenants. Addie is a licensed Broker in the state of Arkansas.
Shadow Schoening
Assistant Operations Manager
Shadow has a background in management, customer service, training, and leading a high-production team to meet their goals. Her background makes her an incredible Onboarding Specialist, creating a seamless process for our new owners as well as smooth transitions for our incoming residents. Shadow enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, children, and their cats. She also loves being outdoors, hiking, swimming, and doing arts and crafts.

Casey Fraley
Regional Manager
Casey has spent the last 5 years of her career in Management and Operations. As a leader in that role, she was able to learn all functions and step in as needed, being an invaluable team player and helping the business thrive! She has brought that same leadership and willingness to our RPM team. As Regional Manager over our River Valley location, Casey makes sure that the day-to-day operations are handled as efficiently as possible to better serve our clients and give a great customer experience! Casey is a graduate of the 2022 class of Leadership Crawford County. She and her husband, J.J., are both natives of the River Valley and enjoy spending their free time riding in their jeep with their two dogs, Kimber and Piper. Casey also loves working in her flower beds and spending time with friends and family.
Michelle Madden
Account Manager
Michelle has been in property management for a little over 10 years. She enjoys the unpredictability of this occupation as there is never a dull moment.
Michelle has adult children who live away from home: A son stationed in Alaska (Army Scout!), her youngest is living her best life in North Dakota, and her eldest is currently living in Iowa and will be blessing her with her first grandbaby in June of 2024. When not at work she enjoys walking/hiking with her dog, annoying her cats, and making pretty spaces around her (She loves to decorate anything/anywhere).
Michelle Harding
Account Manager
Michelle has been a Property Manager with Real Property Management since 2019 and works at one of our larger multi-family complexes. She was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from MACU with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Journalism from CASC. She has raised 2 beautiful daughters and now enjoys spending her time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren.
MeChelle Boyce
Account Manager
MeChelle has been a Property Manager with Real Property Management since 2012 and currently runs one of our larger Multi-family properties as well as managing some single-family homes around the complex in Van Buren and Alma. Born and raised in Arkansas, she found herself late in life, enrolling at the University Of Arkansas, where she graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science Legal Assistance/Paralegal. She has been a member of BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) for 11 years, and her husband of 10 years has been Sgt of Arms of BACA for 17 years; she loves doing what they do for the children. She is a mother of 3 wonderful children and a grandmother of 10 beautiful grandchildren.

Trinka is the Office Administrator in our Fort Smith location. Most of her career has been spent in roles focused on helping people, which is clear when it comes to her role at RPM! She consistently helps her team and gives extraordinary service to our customers and clients! Trinka was born and raised in Oklahoma and received her Associate of Arts degree from CASC. She is a mother to 4 wonderful children and grandmother to 3 grandsons. She enjoys sporting events, sewing, and reading, but her favorite thing is spending time with her family!

Whitney has held several different titles at Real Property Management First Choice since she joined us in 2018. Whitney can do it all! She is currently the Regional Manager at our Northwest Arkansas location. Whitney is detail and customer oriented. She has extensive knowledge of how to provide exceptional service to both owners and residents and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arkansas.
In her free time, Whitney enjoys crafting, decorating, party planning, and spending time with her family and her Corgi, Buster.
Ashley Cabe
Business Development Manager
Ashley has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and strives to put the customer first and lends a helping hand where she is needed! She has been an Arkansas Realtor for 3 years and has extensive knowledge of the housing market and the local area. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked in the apartment industry as a leasing consultant and teached tumbling on the side! She has also worked as a Ride Operator at Silver Dollar City and learned how to work well under pressure! Ashley has a bubbly personality and has a heart for giving and serving others. When she isn’t working hard for her clients, she enjoys floating the Elk River and hiking at Devil’s Den! She also enjoys furniture restoration and trying new recipes!

Caitlyn started working with Real Property Management in 2022. Caitlyn is the Office Manager for the NWA Office and helps our office run smoothly. She helps maintain the flow of communication in the office and takes care of the billing side of the business. She has a background in customer service and is always ready to assist where she is needed! Caitlyn is an Arkansas native that recently relocated to the NWA area. She graduated from UAM with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and has a passion for animals. Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and friends in her free time, exploring Northwest Arkansas.

Resident Coordinator – Benton County
Avia joined Real Property Management First Choice as the Office Manager for the NWA office in April of 2023. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and office management, she is versatile and applies organizational skills while overseeing both smaller and larger tasks. Avia is focused on ensuring efficient office operations through clear communication and by being proactive. Avia was born and raised in Texas but moved to NWA with her daughter in 2021. In her free time, Avia is a professional makeup artist that adores taking care of her clients for their special occasions.

Quis joined Real Property Management First Choice in the summer of 2022. He is grateful for the opportunity to work for such a great company and takes pride in coming into work every day. Quis is a team player that strives to have good chemistry with everyone he works with. He is from St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2019. Quis is a huge Razorbacks fan, partly due to the fact that his older brother attended the U of A. He likes to watch European soccer and supports Liverpool Football Club. In his free time, Quis likes to play video games, watch sports, and spend time with his family.
